Mission Blue Zone Amenities

Mission Blue Zone brings together more than 40 planned amenities across three valleys and five parks in Neral. A 32,000 sq. ft. hilltop clubhouse, outdoor activity spaces and landscaped green pockets shape the experience. Here is how the facilities fit into your life as a plot owner.

Six pathways for everyday life outdoors

The amenity plan follows six pathways: Fitness & Adventure, Nature & Table, Calm & Wellness, Art & Literature, Music & Gathering, and Play & Learning. This gives the approximately 80-acre development a mix of active spaces, quieter places and areas to spend time together.

Musical trails combine wind chimes, music parks and open-air gathering spaces. Active play areas include fitness stations, trampoline areas, kite lawns and children’s parks. For slower moments, the wellness spaces include yoga decks, meditation areas, streamside trails and hammock gardens.

The riverfront recreation concept includes glamping, barbecue and firepit spaces, herb gardens and places to gather by the water. Green walkways, viewing areas and amphitheatres add settings for a stroll or an evening with friends. These facilities form the planned development offering, with amenity readiness targeted for December 2027.

Three valleys, five parks and a greener setting

The landscape is organised into the Valley of Energy, Valley of Stillness and Valley of Renewal. The five parks take their names from the places that inspire the Blue Zone concept: Okinawa, Loma Linda, Nicoya, Ikaria and Sardinia. The clubhouse is located in the Valley of Renewal.

The green-space plan includes more than 3 lakh sq. ft. of green pockets, approximately seven acres, with over 3,500 trees across more than 30 species. The emphasis is on making time outdoors part of everyday life, whether you want a morning walk, a reading break or somewhere for the children to play.

When choosing a plot, look at its route to the spaces you would use most. The terrain follows natural contours, so a short straight-line distance can involve a longer walk. The master plan shows the Valley of Energy 60 metres from the entrance, Stillness 430 metres and Renewal 1,000 metres away; these are aerial distances, not walking-route measurements.

The hilltop clubhouse and owner access

The 32,000 sq. ft. multi-tiered hilltop clubhouse is planned with 10 guest rooms, an infinity pool and a waterfall. It creates a shared place to relax and meet within the development, complementing the outdoor pathways and parks.

Club membership is for owners. Outsiders can join only if the owners’ association permits it later. The current promotional offer includes a lifetime membership-fee waiver; guest stays and other paid services are separate. Guest-room tariffs will be shared at possession, with later revisions communicated to owners.

Miros is the hospitality partner servicing the development. Its role does not include managing rentals for individual villa owners. If you intend to build a home for rental use, you will need separate arrangements for bookings, housekeeping and property management, subject to applicable permissions.

Water, electricity, drainage and parking

The development provides a water tap-off point and an electrical conduit to each plot. You apply for your individual electricity connection. Transformers and feeder pillars form part of the planned infrastructure; feeder pillars are indicated approximately 60–70 metres away, with the precise route depending on the plot.

Shared power backup covers the clubhouse and common infrastructure. Backup for your future villa needs separate planning. Discuss the load for air conditioning, appliances, home working and other needs when arranging your sanctioned connection.

Storm-water drainage is provided across the development. There is no central sewage-treatment plant: each owner builds a septic tank and soak pit. Include their placement and maintenance access in the villa design, alongside the plot’s levels and rainwater outlets.

Parking is within your own plot. There is limited open parking at the clubhouse and no general common-parking provision. Consider the driveway, turning space and number of vehicles before finalising your home’s layout.

Explore the amenities in your virtual walkthrough

Physical site visits are unavailable before possession because the project is an active construction site. We can help you explore Mission Blue Zone through a virtual session using Terra Scope, on-ground photographs, drone progress footage and master-plan overlays.

Use the session to compare your shortlisted plot with the clubhouse, parks and activity areas. For a family with young children, proximity to play spaces may matter most. For someone planning longer stays, the route to the clubhouse, everyday services and access for visiting relatives may carry more weight.

The Blue Zone theme is an approach to lifestyle and landscape, not a promised health outcome. Project renderings are artist impressions. Ask for dated progress images alongside the planned layout so you can see how work is advancing towards delivery.
