Make the facilities relevant to your plans
For an Astra residence, request the actual hospitality service schedule: housekeeping, owner arrivals, guest access and maintenance. Establish which services are included and which are paid per use. If rental management is offered, review that agreement separately from your apartment purchase.

Request the membership entitlement, operating hours, booking rules and service tariff. Ask whether access begins at property handover and whether it applies to your registered phase.
