The Sarayu amenity collection
The developer presents The Sarayu Ayodhya with more than 40 amenities and the Ananta clubhouse. The collection combines shared recreation, outdoor spaces and areas for quieter activities.

Clubhouse and family leisure
Ananta is the named clubhouse in the official presentation. The amenity collection also features guest accommodation, a restaurant and a spa. Ask which services are included in ownership, which require reservations and which carry separate charges.
The developer describes a collaboration with The Leela. Do not assume that every hotel service, accommodation benefit or hospitality facility is included in the plot agreement. Request the current written scope.
Outdoor activities and spaces to pause
Surya Kunda is presented as an outdoor pool. Dhyana Yoga Deck and Swasthya Outdoor Gym add options for exercise, while the amphitheatre and floating stage provide settings for shared events.
The viewing deck and lotus pond bring a quieter dimension to the plans. Walk the routes between your shortlisted plot and the facilities, considering shade, lighting, accessibility and the needs of older relatives.
