The developer page checked on 15 September 2026 lists ₹99.99 lakh all-in alongside 1,600 sq ft. Do not calculate instalments from an older starting price. Obtain the agreement value, booking adjustment, statutory charges and each payment milestone in writing.
Before committing to a payment plan
Check the due dates, cancellation terms, refund conditions and consequences of delayed payment. A staged schedule changes when money is due; it does not reduce the total ownership cost.
Keep future villa construction, professional fees, maintenance and any excluded charges in a separate budget. If using finance, confirm eligibility and disbursement timing directly with your lender.
Match the plot number and registered phase across the quotation, layout and agreement. Promotional benefits should be recorded in the signed documents.
