HoABL Aero Estate Khopoli is currently an under-development plotted project. Work across a land development differs from apartment construction. Instead of watching tower floors rise, buyers must track roads, drainage, utilities, landscaping and amenity infrastructure.

The project covers approximately 50 acres. Planned development includes residential plots, internal roads, more than 11 acres of open and amenity spaces, and a 30,000 sq. ft. hilltop clubhouse.

A genuine construction update should show dated progress across these components. General project renderings cannot confirm how much work has been completed at the site.

What Should a Useful Progress Update Show?

Road formation is one of the easiest elements to observe. Buyers should check whether internal routes have been marked, levelled and connected with individual plot clusters.

Drainage and utility work require equal attention. Water lines, electricity provisions, sewage systems and stormwater management determine whether the land becomes practically usable after handover.

Clubhouse progress should be examined separately because it involves a larger built structure. Ask whether foundation, structural, finishing or landscape work has started. The status of one amenity should not be treated as the progress of the entire project.

Development may move differently across phases. Your plot cluster could be at another stage from the entrance or clubhouse zone. Therefore, request updates connected with your selected plot number.

At present, publicly available information confirms that the project is under development, but it does not provide a reliable activity-wise completion percentage. Buyers should request dated photographs, drone footage and written milestone reports directly from the developer.

Compare every update with the registered MahaRERA disclosures. Progress reports should support your understanding of execution, but the registered completion timeline remains the legal reference.
